Almost there!

I can't believe it's Thursday already. This week has gone by sooo quickly. Only two more days until the wedding!

Things are going fairly well. All the planning is done; we basically just have to pick things up and pay people off yet. There have been a few minor problems (church people saying they would press the tablecloths and then not doing it, etc) but things are mostly fine. I just hope Laura feels better by this weekend!

Bryan and I signed a lease for an apartment two weeks ago, and we're basically all moved in. We also have a HUGE bug problem. (What is it with me and apartments with bugs?) In the past 24 hours, we've killed seven spiders that are about the size of the inside of my palm. I've never seen spiders that big in a house before. We think they're wolf spiders. My skin is crawling just thinking about them, and I'm not even over at the apartment right now. We've also killed ants, moths, silverfish, and beetles. We called the office, but they don't consider this an "emergency priority," so they'll get to it when they get to it. Awesome.

I'd really like to be able to go back to my apartment on my wedding night. We've left around 10:00 the past couple nights because we were too freaked out to sleep there. I know that sounds ridiculous, but if you saw the size of these spiders, you'd understand! The really unnerving thing is that they come out of nowhere. We'd be watching TV and then suddenly see a spider that looked like it could gnaw our faces off. I don't know how something that big can appear out of nowhere like that.

Gaaaaaaaahhhh. I'm shuddering. I think I'm going to call a pest control place as soon as I finish typing this. The rent office said we'd have to pay for it if we have an independent company come in, but I'd rather pay for it than have to put up with huge bugs. Arrrrggghhhhh.

I'll be a married woman the next time I post here, I'm sure!!
